The premise

A fragrance does not trigger a flashback. It allows memory to quietly take over the present.

The story

A world built around one idea.

In a dark, still room, a woman applies AELEN to her wrist. The gesture releases rain-wet streets, airborne amber, flowers, dark wood and night.

These are not separate recollections. They arrive as atmosphere—touching the present until every world converges and the room becomes quiet again.
