AELEN working standard

Imagination needs
standards.

Our approach to responsible AI-led production, brand stewardship and human creative control.

Possibility grows when ownership, consent and responsibility remain clear.

01 · Brand assets

Use only what the project permits.

Logos, products, photography, guidelines and other supplied assets are used only within the approved project scope and access arrangement.

Before production, we clarify where assets come from, how they may be transformed and which outputs the brand intends to publish.

02 · People & voices

Likeness is not a shortcut.

A real person’s recognisable likeness or voice should not be replicated without appropriate permission and a defined use.

Synthetic people, performances and voices are considered against the creative need, audience context, disclosure risk and platform requirements.

03 · Rights & disclosure

Decide for the actual use—not in the abstract.

Music, sound, talent, models, third-party material and final usage need project-specific review. The agreed scope records responsibilities and licensing needs.

AI disclosure is considered according to materiality, potential to mislead, representation risk, market rules and the publishing platform—not treated as a decorative one-size-fits-all label.

04 · Creative control

The final decision remains human.

AI supports visual exploration and production; it does not replace concept, direction, selection, continuity, editing or final review.

Every delivered frame passes through human creative judgement. These standards describe our working approach and do not replace project contracts or legal advice.
